  61. This package contains MomWallpaper (TM) (Version 1.3), by MomSoft. This
  62. document contains only a brief description of the package and its
  63. features, along with instructions for its installation.  Quite detailed
  64. documentation is included in the package, but it is in archived form, and
  65. is more easily read after installation.

  67. MomWallpaper is a shareware program.  This evaluation version includes mo
  68. st
  69. features of the registered version. Use it for up to 30 days, without
  70. charge.  If you like the program, and wish to continue its use after this
  71. evaluation period, you are required to pay for the program. Any fee you
  72. may have paid to others (disk vendors, dealers, etc.) to obtain this
  73. evaluation version was a fee for their copying and distribution services,
  74. rather than a payment for continued use of the program.

  90. Installing MomWallpaper is very easy.  You will need about 1.5 MB of
  91. available disk space on the hard drive on which you plan to install
  92. MomWallpaper.

  94. The exact steps you need to take will depend on how you received
  95. MomWallpaper.

  97. If you received a single executable file, simply execute it to set up
  98. MomWallpaper on your computer. You will be prompted to supply some
  99. information required to install the program on your system, simply follow
  100. the instructions.

  102. If you received a compressed archive (extension ZIP) you should
  103. uncompress it to a temporary directory and execute the program SETUP.EXE.

  105. After installation is completed you will be asked if you want to run
  106. MomWallpaper.

  119. ===== License for Use and Distribution =================

  121. MomWallpaper is a "shareware program" and is provided at no charge to the
  122. user for evaluation.  Feel free to share it with your friends, but please
  123. do not give it away altered or as part of another system.  The essence of
  124. "user-supported" software is to provide personal computer users with
  125. quality software without high prices, and yet to provide incentive for
  126. programmers to continue to develop new products.  If you find this
  127. program useful and find that you are using MomWallpaper and continue to
  128. use MomWallpaper after the 30 day trial period, you must make a
  129. registration payment to MomSoft.  The registration fee will license one
  130. copy for use on any one computer at any one time.  You must treat this
  131. software just like a book.  An example is that this software may be used
  132. by any number of people and may be freely moved from one computer
  133. location to another, so long as there is no possibility of it being used
  134. at one location while it's being used at another. Just as a book cannot
  135. be read by two different persons at the same time.

  137. Commercial users of MomWallpaper must register and pay for their copies
  138. of MomWallpaper within 30 days of first use or their license is
  139. withdrawn. Site-License arrangements may be made by contacting MomSoft.

  141. Anyone distributing MomWallpaper for any kind of remuneration must first
  142. contact MomSoft at the address below for authorization. This
  143. authorization will be automatically granted to distributors recognized by
  144. the (ASP) as adhering to its guidelines for shareware distributors, and
  145. such distributors may begin offering MomWallpaper immediately (However
  146. MomSoft must still be advised so that the distributor can be kept
  147. up-to-date with the latest version of MomWallpaper).
