For School Use: School versions may be used on stand-alone or network computers. Teachers can utilize the Teacher Program Manager to manage their student classes, track records, set preferences, and design and print reports. All versions come with a viewer that enables Home version files to be printed out.

For Home Use: A personal version of the software that has the same scope, sequence, and printing features as the School versions, which allows students to give progress reports, either printed out or in a file format, to instructors.
This version keeps the records of two users and does not permit user entry into the record management system.
