  3. following formats. BMP, DIB, JIF, JPG, PCX, 
  4. PNG, RLE, TGA, TIF (uncompressed only), WMF, 
  5. and WPG (raster only). Use supplied unique 
  6. pattern sets as wallpaper to add to the list.
  7. Set the time interval for changing wallpaper.
  8. Use the windows 95 Tray to interface with the
