  18.                 effects.  Players can choose between
  19.                 playing each other, challenging the
  20.                 computer players, or even watching

  25. and disk shareware catalogs.  For best sales results use one
  26. of the above descriptions.  In addition, all Locatha Industries product
  27. listings MUST include the words "by Locatha Industries" or "a Locatha
  28. Industries production."  This encourages repeat sales, which is good for
  29. both of us.  The only exception to this is if the catalog has a separate
  30. Locatha Industries section.  No vendor may charge a fee of more than
  31. $10.00 for the shareware version of this product.  Vendors are encouraged
  32. to contact Locatha Industries directly to get the latest version of the
  33. product and to be added to our mailing list for direct mailings of
  34. updates and future releases.

  47.      RACKWARE VENDORS AND CD-ROM PUBLISHERS AND RESELLERS

  49. Locatha Industries has a policy on shareware rack vending and CD-ROM
  50. distribution to which all CD-ROM publishers and vendors selling our
  51. shareware in a retail location MUST adhere.  No Locatha Industries
  52. shareware product may be sold on shareware racks in any retail
  53. location or on any CD-ROM without prior written approval from Locatha
  54. Industries.  This policy affects OTHELLO F/X For WIN95, plus all other
  55. Locatha Industries products.  Thanks for your understanding.

  57. All Locatha Industries products may be sold via catalogs, mail order,
  58. telephone orders, flea markets, computer clubs, and any other method
  59. that does not involve sales in retail locations or on CD-ROMs.

  62. CD-ROM or in a retail setting will be handled on a case by case
  63. basis.  Publishers and distributors MUST contact Locatha Industries for
