  188. The Software licensed under this agreement is the computer program Dweep,
  189. which consists of executable files, data files, and documentation.

  191. 2.  GRANT OF LICENSE.
  192. Dexterity grants you the right to the use Software in accordance with the
  193. terms of this Agreement.  You may load the software into RAM as well as
  194. install it on a hard disk or other storage device.  You may not modify,
  195. translate, disassemble, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative
  196. works based upon the Software.  You agree that the Software will not be
  197. shipped, transferred, or exported into any country in violation of the
  198. U.S. Export Administration Act and that you will not utilize the Software
  199. in violation of any applicable law.

  201. 2.1.  SHAREWARE VERSION LICENSE.
  202. You may distribute copies of the shareware version of the Software freely
  203. to other users, provided that any copy must contain the original,
  204. unaltered files and proprietary notices.  You have the ability to
  205. register the shareware version at any time by purchasing a registration
  206. code from Dexterity Software.  This will convert the Software into the

  228. registration code to other users.  Except as expressly licensed by
  229. Dexterity, Dexterity reserves the exclusive copyright and all other
  230. rights, title and interest to distribute the Software, and to use
  231. Trademarks in connection with them.  Trademarks refers to the name of the
  232. Software, the name Dexterity Software, and the bow and arrow logo, which
  233. are trademarks of Dexterity Software.

  254. void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full

  261. create any agency or partner relationship.  Your rights under this
  262. Agreement are personal and do not include any right to sublicense the
  263. Software.  This Agreement may be terminated by Dexterity by giving a
  264. 30-day advance written notice.

  267. The included VENDINFO.DIZ data file is hereby incorporated by reference.
  268. Any distribution satisfying all the distribution requirements expressed
  269. in that file is hereby authorized.  Dexterity allows and encourages all
  270. web sites, on-line services, shareware disk vendors, CD-ROM vendors,
  271. bulletin board systems, and end-users to freely distribute the shareware
  272. version of this Software.  If you wish to distribute the Software, you
  273. may obtain the most recent version from www.dexterity.com.  It is
  274. generally not necessary to contact Dexterity for authorization, and you
