  20.  **a. How to Play Jigsaw**

  23.         Jigsaw Maverick is the classic jigsaw puzzle game,
  24.         with pieces shaped like real jigsaw pieces. It
  25.         offers different piece sizes for every age and
  26.         skill level to enjoy.
  27.  
  28.         You can turn any .BMP image into a jigsaw puzzle,
  29.         or, you can use the images that come with Jigsaw
  30.         Maverick. To use the .BMP image of your choice,
  31.         click on the 'Game' menu item and then the
  32.         'New Jigsaw' item. Find your selected BMP image,
  33.         click on it, and it will be brought onto the
  34.         screen.

  36.         After you have selected an image, click on the
  37.         'Scramble' menu item at the top of the screen,
  38.         and select the number of puzzle pieces you
  39.         desire. Puzzle pieces can be moved by clicking
  40.         on them, and 'dragging' them to the desired
  41.         location. If the sound is on, you'll hear a
  42.         beep every time a piece lands in its right
  43.         location.

  48.         To run Jigsaw Maverick, you'll need the following system:

  50.                 An IBM-compatible, 386 or better computer
  51.                 Four Megabytes of RAM

  54.                 Hard Disk with two Megabytes free
  55.                 Mouse

  65.         1. To get started with Jigsaw Maverick on a hard disk:
  66.                 a. Insert the Jigsaw Maverick disk in your
  67.                         floppy disk drive ('A', or 'B')
  68.                 b. From Windows 'run' A:\setup or B:\setup" and press
  69.                         Enter.
  70.                 c. Follow the screen directions.

  81.         If you have a problem, chances are you can fix it without
  82.         needing to get help. Try the following:

  84.         If the game says you have insufficient memory, or if it crashes,
  85.         try rebooting without loading any TSR programs, such as your
  86.         disk cache.

  88.         If the screen is to dark to see, try turning up the brightness
  89.         on your monitor.
