  13. DESCRIPTION: Cipher for Windows is a word puzzle game in which you
  14. must try to discover the real meaning of a quotation or other phrase
  15. that has been encrypted. To get started either read the .doc file or
  16. just start up the game and use the help system.
  17.  
  18. REQUIREMENTS: Cipher for Window runs under the Microsoft Windows 3.x
  19. environment and is known to work in EGA, VGA and some SuperVGA modes.
  20.  
  21. SHAREWARE: Cipher for Windows is distributed as Shareware. You are
  22. free to try the game and make copies for others. If you continue to
  23. use the game, however, you must pay the author a registration fee of
  24. $15; in return you'll receive a copy of the latest version of the
  25. program, a larger collection of puzzles and possibly other software
  26. to try out. A deluxe version with binder and printed manual is
  27. available for $22. U.S. residents should include $2 shipping for the
  28. standard version or $4 for the deluxe version. Foreign shipping is
  29. $4 for either version. Disk vendors, please see VENDOR.TXT for
  30. distribution requirements.

  76. MAHJONGG:  Addictive solitaire game played with Chinese tiles. Very
  77.            easy to learn but always a challenge to win. Many game
  78.            options including timed games, tournaments, etc. Also
  79.            allows loading optional tile sets (tile editor included).

  88. TMATCH:    A variation on concentration solitaire or "memory", but
  89.            adds multiple player version (up to four players) or play
  90.            against the computer. Many scoring and difficulty settings
  91.            allow use by any age player. Uses the same tiles for
  92.            playing pieces as Mah Jongg solitaire and includes the tile
  93.            editor.

  95. TILESETS:  Several collections of tile sets created by various
  96.            Mah Jongg fans are available. Each collection includes
  97.            at least ten tile sets. Requires Mah Jongg v3.3 or later
  98.            or any version of Tile Match.

  100. CIPHER:    A word puzzle game, yet it uses hi-res VGA or EGA graphics
  101.            for displays (mouse optional). Also will run in text mode
  102.            (MS-DOS version). Includes over 30 puzzles to solve;
  103.            registered version comes with over 200 additional puzzles.
  104.            You can also enter your own already encrypted puzzles.
  105.            Versions for both MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows are available.
  106.            Additional puzzle collections are also available.

  108. SHOOT:     "Shooting Gallery" is a colorful arcade game with several
  109.            different rounds to test your aim and reflexes, including
  110.            skeet, quick draw, carnival type shooting range and a wild 
  111.            west shootout. Uses 320x200, 256 color mode and a mouse to
  112.            play. Requires VGA or MCGA.

  141.            created or modified. EGA and CGA versions provided.

  144. These programs are probably available on your favorite BBS or from
  145. your favorite disk vendors. To register them or to order direct, use
  146. the form in the file "orderfrm.txt" which is all ready to print. The
  147. "deluxe" version includes the registered software on diskette, plus a
  148. binder and printed manual (some programs also include quick reference
  149. cards). The standard version includes just the diskette with the
  150. registered software. You can also use your VISA or MasterCard to
  151. order on-line thru the support BBS, Xevious, at 508-788-6951. Use
  152. the command "CREDIT" to order.
