- accumulate. If you generate even a handful of new game sales,
- you get rewards back from us worth about as much as your
- original game purchase.á If you generate a lot of new sales,

- rewards available in this program on a sliding scale shown
- below. For every 3 people you lead to buy the game, you get

- WHAT IF I'VE ALREADY BOUGHT SOME OF THIS STUFF?

- if you already bought the reward item at a certain level,
- you automatically jump up to the next reward level. For example,
- let's say you bought The Works! with the game and you've referred

- automatically jump past The Works! to the next level and we'd

- where you already have the product for that level. After the

- There are a few rules to the reward program, but it's really
- straightforward. We need you to help spread the message that

- the official rules, limits and restrictions on the SDi Customer
- Reward Program.

- The CRP refers to the Software Dynamics Customer Rewards Program.
- CRP member refers to participants in the Customer Rewards Program.
- If you are referring new users to buy the game or buying
- additional copies, CRP member refers to you.
- SDi refers to Software Dynamics, inc. of Calgary, Canada.

- 1) - The Customer Reward Program (CRP) is available to all Inner
- Space users anywhere in the world who have bought a copy of the
- full Inner Space package from SDi. By buying the game, you are
- automatically a CRP member.
- 2) -áA New Game Purchase that qualifies toward getting rewards
- in the Program is defined as a new purchase of a copy of Software
- Dynamics' Inner Space game from SDi after Nov 16, 1997 that was either:
- a) referred by a CRP member specified by a new customer
- or b) any Inner Space purchase by a CRP member beyond their
- first Inner Space purchase.
- 3) -á For each 3 New Game Purchases (as defined in item 2 above),
- the CRP member will receive one reward from our Reward List.
- 4) There are no partial rewards for 1 or 2 New Game Purchases, only
- in increments of 3 valid New Game Purchases as per the Reward List.
- 5) - Only referral orders and new game purchases received by SDi after
- Nov 16, 1997 qualify for the Customer Rewards Program. The CRP member
- may have made their initial game purchase at any time, but valid New
- Game Purchases must be received by SDi after Nov 16, 1997.
- 6) - To qualify as a referral for The Program, a new user must tell us
- which CRP member referred them to the game either at the time of their
- order or at a later time. Only the new customer can inform us of the
- referral; the CRP member who referred the new user to the game cannot
- claim a referral. If the new customer forgot to mention the referral,
- the CRP member must ask the new customer to call us with the referral
- information.
- 7) - To qualify as a referral or new sale for The Program, the new
- customer cannot return the game.
- 8) - CRP Members will be sent rewards due at least 15 days after we
- receive the order that brought them to the most recent reward level.
- SDi will cover all shipping and handling costs and reserves the right
- to determine shipping method to be used to deliver customer rewards.
- When delivering The Works! or any other software reward, SDi will
- deliver by email if possible and by another shipping method of its
- choice if necessary.
- 9) - Rewards are non-negotiable, not exchangable for a cash value or
- returnable. You will receive the reward specified on our award schedule
- (subject to availability) and cannot choose a different or equivalent
- reward. If the specified reward is out of stock or otherwise unavailable,
- SDi may, at it's discretion, delay shipping the reward until we get more
- of the item in stock or replace the specified reward with any other item
- from the reward item list.
- 10) - SDi reserves the unlimited right to disqualify any user from the
- Customer Rewards Program without reservations.
- 11) - SDi reserves the right to change the terms and rewards of the
- Customer Reward Program at any time without notice.
