  1. To activate the Configuration Editor choose <BD>Create New Board</BD> or <BD>Edit Board</BD> from the <BD>Edit</BD> menu.

  3. The difference between the two commands being that the latter assumes changes to the current configuration whereas the former creates a new board with all cells marked as background cells as shown.
