Modifying the current board setting is accomplished via the <BD>Preferences</BD> dialog. Select a colored cell type from the "Cell" pop-up menu and then mouse click on a colored area to the right in order to choose a <BD>color</BD> for that part of the board.
Select playing <BD>Pieces</BD> from the included pop-up menus. Click <BD>OK</BD> to have your choices affected.
