  12. BMPTOICO: Very versatile utility to convert BMPs into ICOs (with
  13.           transparency) and vice-versa. All Colors supported,
  14.           all icon dimensions up to 72x72 pixels, Multi-Icon 
  15.           ICO Resource Files. 16-bit application, but uses
  16.           Long Filenames on 32-bit systems.
