  12.                       OBJECTIVE
  13.  
  14. The objective of Desk Drop is to direct the falling tiles
  15. so that three similar tiles are lined up in a row.  When 
  16. you can get three of the same tile pictures lined up 
  17. horizontally on the game board, then all instances of that 
  18. tile will be removed from the board.  The tiles on top will 
  19. fall into the spaces vacated by the tiles that were removed.
  20. Play continues until the board is completely filled up with 
  21. tiles.

  24.                       GAME PLAY
  25.  
  26. When the game begins, groups of three tiles stacked vertically 
  27. will start to drop down onto the game board.  The keys used to 
  28. manipulate these falling tiles are the A S D keys or the J K L 
  29. keys.

  31. The A or J keys move the tiles to the left.
  32. The D or L keys move the tiles to the right.
  33. The S or K keys rotates the tiles vertically. 
  34.            The top tile goes to the middle. The middle tile goes 
  35.            to the bottom. The bottom tile rotates back to the top.

  38. By pressing the S or K keys, the order of the tiles would 
  39. be changed as shown below.

  46. The SPACEBAR key drops the tiles immediately into place 
  47. without waiting for them to descend at their normal pace.  
  48. Extra points are awarded for placing the tiles with the 
  49. spacebar key.

  52.                    BONUS ROW CONES
  53.  
  54. On the sides of the game board there are rotating red 
  55. and white cones which indicate the bonus row.  If you 
  56. can get a match on this row, then the whole row will be
  57. erased.  You will be awarded 50 extra points for a match
  58. in this row.

  61.                    SCORING / POINTS
  62.  
  63. You get 6 points for each group of three tiles that drop 
  64. onto the game board. If you place the tiles using the
  65. spacebar key, 5 extra points will be awarded.  Bonus Points 
  66. are scored for each match of 3, 4 or 5 similar tiles across.

  82. When a match is made you will be given 3 extra points 
  83. for every tile that is removed from the game board.

  85. A special rotating top will drop down every 1000 points 
  86. and will randomly remove a row of tiles.

  89.                      GAME OVER

  91. The game is over when the board is completely filled 
  92. with tiles.  If your score is in the top ten scores, 
  93. then you will be asked to enter your initials onto the 
  94. Desk Drop scoreboard.  In the unregistered Shareware 
  95. version of the game the scores will not be preserved 
  96. when the game is quit.

  114. the scoreboard between sessions.  It also eliminates 
  115. the delays loading and between games.
