  8.      Purpose: To distribute the monthly Hack Report, which is an
  9.      informational newsletter which warns of hacked, hoax, Trojan Horse,
  10.      and pirated files that have been seen posted on BBS systems worldwide.
  11.      The Hack Report is very biased towards MS-DOS programs.  The Hack
  12.      Report is also readily available through Fidonet or via anonymous FTP.
