  1. To view the video segments of the CD you will need to have Video For Windows installed.
  2. To install Video For Windows run setup in the VFW director on the CD. This is NOT
  3. required for Windows 95 which comes with Video For Windows.
  4. On Mac's you will need QuickTime installed. This is provided in the 
  5. "Put in System Folder" folder.

  7. You need to have your display set for 256 colours or more. 16 or 24 bit colour will
  8. dramatically improve the video quality although your computer may run more slowly
  9. than in 256 colour mode.

  11. There is a hidden popup menu available by moving the mouse to the left side of the 
  12. screen. This popup is available whenever you are NOT on the main selection screen 
  13. to make jumping between sections faster. It is also the ONLY way to get to the cool 
  14. help page. The popup menu is disabled whenever video is running and also while the
  15. guru is on.

  17. This CD contains 1 CD audio track (track 2). This can be played from the computer 
  18. or in your CD audio system. (Remember NOT yo play track 1 in your CD player as it is
  19. computer data and may damage your speakers (full volume noise).

  21. As long as you have a multimedia equiped Windows or Mac this CD will play OK. However 
  22. for best performance use a Windows95 system with a quad, six or eight speed CD ROM drive.
