LOGIN: V 2.0
The LOGIN: disk has a compressed manual on it.
To expand the manual type MANUAL. If you want to expand the manual on another
disk or directory type MANUAL B: (example on drive B). It will uncompress the
manual into LOGIN.MAN
To print the manual, you can use the DOS PRINT command. Type
PRINT LOGIN.MAN. This will print the manual to your printer.
LOGIN: can be installed by typing INSTALL. You will be asked where you want to
install the software at. An optional method is to type INSTALL C:\LOGS
LOGIN: is started by running the configuration program LOGCONF. This will
allow you to add names and uses. LOG-IN logs computer time, LOG-OFF stops the
logging. LOGTOTAL computes totals.
If you want to use a mouse it must be installed before you run any of the
programs.
LOGIN will work with Windows. It requires 256KB to operate correctly.
LOGIN can use dates from any country.

Corrections to Version 1.1
You can run all of the *.EXE files (log-in,log-off) etc. from any
disk or directory. All you need to type is C:\logs\log-in (or what ever
drive/path) to run the programs. You can not run the LOGIN.BAT file from
anywhere except the directory LOG-IN.EXE is in. If you want to run from
another directory, you will have to add the path of where LOG-IN.EXE is
located in the LOGIN.BAT file. (ie. C:\LOGS\LOG-IN) If you don't know how
to do this, I can send a new BAT file when you register.
Corrections to Version 1.2
LOGIN: would forget where it was and would try to go to drive A when you were
already logged on. This is corrected in Version 1.2a
Updgrade to
Version 2 (Released 15 May 1990)
Mouse support and additional output formats were added. The entire
search algorithim was updated.
