  11. PopDBF is  a  memory  resident  program  that  will  give you
  12. "instant access"  to  Clipper,  dBASE  III  Plus,  dBASE  IV,
  13. FoxBASE+,   FoxPro   and  Quicksilver  (or  any  other  dBASE
  14. compatible) files from anywhere at the press  of  the  hotkey
  15. (Alt-BackSpace).   It provides an easy way to move throughout
  16. your hard disk(s) and find your database files.  It also  has
  17. context sensitive help for novice (or forgetful) users.
