  5. NEW CALLERS.  Immediate, full, free access on first call.
  6.  
  7. TIME LIMITS.  You can stay on for at most 60 minutes at a time,
  8.               and you get at most 60 minutes per day.
  9.  
  10. ALIASES.      Please use your real name.
  11.  
  12. DOWNLOADING.  Free to download as much and as often as you like.
  13.               Appreciate whatever you can give back.
  14.  
  15. UPLOAD FORMAT.  ZIP files are used here.  Other formats, such as
  16.               PAK and ARC, are/are not welcome.
  17.  
  18. UPLOAD MODIFICATION.   This board does not modify uploads.   Headers
  19.    advertising this board are not added to libraried files, and
  20.    no files are added to the libraries.    The file uploaded may be
  21.    reformatted to reduce size, but nothing is changed inside.

  25. EXCHANGE
  26. (Piracy).     Do not upload or exchange commercial software.
  27.               Authors deserve compensation and have the right to insist
  28.               on payment before you try their software.  Please notify
  29.               the SYSOP of this RBBS-PC of any violations of this rule.

  31. PROPRIETARY Programs.  This board supports only open architecture,
  32.    non-proprietary programs, which require no licensing fees of
  33.    shareware authors who wish to develop better versions.  No
  34.    proprietary programs will be supported or aided by this BBS,
  35.    which is dedicated to the public domain and public service.
  36.    This policy applies across the board to graphics, the format of
  37.    stored files, file transfer protocols, as well as to the BBS
  38.    software.

  40. GETTING MORE
  41.   TIME.       Ask, give a reason, help support this board with uploads
  42.               or messages.

  44. PRIVACY OF
  45.  MESSAGES.    The SYSOP reserves right to read all messages.

  47.  SEXUAL
  48. MATERIALS.    Do not upload anything you wouldn't want your parents to see
  49.               or your own children to see.

  51. GRAPHICS.     These tend to take up a lot of space, but do share those
  52.               you like.

  54. GAMES.        Games are welcome on this board, but please do not upload
  55.               commercial ones.   If it looks too good to be free, it probably
  56.               isn't.
