  11.     All versions of QWARE/1, including version 1.0, are not public domain
  12.     software, nor are they free software.
  13.  
  14.     QWARE/1 is copyright (C) 1987 by AJM Software
  15.  
  16.     Non-registered users are granted a limited license to use QWARE/1 on a
  17.     trial basis for the purpose of determining whether it is suitable
  18.     for their needs.  Use of QWARE/1, except for this limited purpose,
  19.     requires registration.  Use of non-registered copies of QWARE/1 by any
  20.     person, business, corporation, governmental agency or other entity
  21.     institution is strictly forbidden.

  23.     Registration permits a user the license to use QWARE/1 for development
  24.     purposes, only on a single computer.  QWARE/1 can be included into any
  25.     program and distributed in library form only without royalty.
  26.     A registered user may use the program on a different computer,
  27.     but may not use the program on more than one computer at the same time.

  29.     All users are granted a limited license to copy QWARE/1 only for the
  30.     trial use of others subject to the above limitations, and also the
  31.     following:

  33.           QWARE/1 must be copied in unmodified form, complete with the file
  34.           containing this license information.

  36.           The full QWARE/1 documentation must be included with the copy.

  38.           No fee, charge or other compensation may be accepted or requested
  39.           by any licensee, except a handling fee not to exceed $10.00

  41.           QWARE/1 may not be distributed in conjunction with any other

  44.           The ASSEMBLY source code for QWARE/1 may NOT be distributed under
  45.           any circumstances.

  47.     Operators of electronic bulletin board systems (Sysops) may post QWARE/1
  48.     for downloading by their users only as long as the above conditions are
  49.     met.

  51.     Distributors of public domain or user supported software may distribute
  52.     copies of QWARE/1 subject to the above conditions only after obtaining
  53.     written permission from AJM Software.
