LP100 v2.6 by Cornel Huth REGISTRATION $50.00
BUSI DEC90 LINEAR PROGRAMMING LP OPERATIONS RESEARCH OR HUTH
FILES: lp100v26.sdn
NEW RELEASE
LP100 is a linear programming optimizer developed for either
maximizing or minimizing small- to medium-sized mathematical
programming problems in which all the relationships between
variables are linear. It finds a BEST feasible solution to
any continuous, integer, mixed-integer optimization problem
of this type and reports on activities and levels required
to maximize profit or minimize cost. LP100 also reports on
alternate optima, shadow prices, ranges over which the shadow
prices are valid and ranges over which profit/cost inputs and
right-hand-side values can vary without altering the final
solution.
LP100 can use either LOTUS 123/Symphony spreadsheet files or
freeform ASCII files for data input. Output may be sent to
most printers, an ASCII disk file, or directly to a LOTUS 123
spreadsheet file. Output may consist of LP model debugging
information like objective function and constraint listings,
a condensed matrix map, and the full tableaux. LP100 handles
problems with thousands of variables and constraints and will
use the 80x87 math coprocessor if available.
Documentaion for LP100 is in printer-ready form and online. A
five-minute self-running guide in using LP100 is included as
is a basic text editor and six example LP programs.
Student/Education discounts available.
Minimum needs:
256K IBM-PC or compatible
