  13.              Modified the capture file routine so the user has
  14.              alternatives to always being prompted to create a
  15.              capture file. Specifically the options now are:

  17.                1. Prompt for creation of capture file at the start of
  18.                every logon. This is the default.
  19.  
  20.                2. Always create a capture file at logon without being
  21.                prompted.
  22.  
  23.                3. Disable the prompt and the automatic creation of
  24.                capture files altogether. This way a user can start a
  25.                capture at their own discretion manually.
