  4. This zip contains only the ICEX executable, ICEXTOOL, and History.ICE.
  5. Release 2.06a is a bug fix of 2.06 which had some real nasties that
  6. manifested for a majority of users.  Some of us though had no problems
  7. and the problem stemmed from how Telenet responds for users in differing
  8. areas of the US.

  10. To use this new release, simply unzip the zip file (which you most likely
  11. have already done since you are reading this message), delete your old
  12. copy of ICEX206.EXE (from icex206.zip), and REName icex206a.exe to icex206.exe.
  13. (ie. REN icex206a.exe icex206.exe).  Thre are no other changes that have
  14. to take place.  2.06a is a direct replacement for the 2.06 executable.

  16. If you have this file and don't have the entire package, you can find ICEX
  17. version 2.06 zip on The Right Place BBS, which is PcPursuitable through
  18. GAATL at 476-2607.  The Right Place currently carries over 70 conferences
  19. and supports Interlink for most all of them.  Give it a call!  And be
  20. sure to follow ALL directions when you register as a user on the Right
  21. Place BBS.
