  15. Before you can use this program, you must set up your DOS enviroment. To do
  16. this, follow the DOS manual section on "config.sys" file.
  17. You must set Files to 24, and Buffers to 24.  If you do not have config.sys on
  18. your Boot Disk, you can create it by following instruction.
  19.  
  20. 1)   From DOS prompt A>, enter "COPY CON:CONFIG.SYS".
  21.  
  22. 2)   then add "FILES = 24" to the next line.
  23.  
  24. 3)   then add "BUFFERS = 24" to the next line.
  25.  
  26. 4)   then enter function key 6.
  27.  
  28. 5)   DOS will respond with one file copied.

  31. This program is for those of you who can not balance the check book.  This
  32. program will NOT balace your check book automatically, so follow the few
  33. instructions below.

  35. 1)   From your last bank statement, enter the Ending Balance as a Deposit.
  36.  
  37. 2)   Enter all the withdrawls and deposits since the last bank statement.
  38.  
  39. 3)   Clear the Deposit you made from Ending Balance.
  40.  
  41. 4)   When you receive the next bank statement, clear all the deposits,
  42.      withdrawls, interest, and service charge.
