  3. This file contains information pertaining to features added to ArcMaster
  4. in releases 4.01, 4.02, 4.1, 4.2, 4.21, 4.22, 4.23, and 4.30.
  5.  
  6.        - Single archive mode.  Tagged files are each placed in a
  7.          separate archive of the same name.
  8.        - Up to six multiple file masks in each window.
  9.        - Archive 1 or more tagged files in the LEFT window to ALL
  10.          archive (default system) files in the RIGHT window.
  11.        - Pause toggle to control pause and beep at the end of each
  12.          archive/unarchive operation.
  13.        - Changed right/left arrow keys to the same function as the
  14.          tab key.
  15.        - Fixed mouse problem that occurred when viewing archive files.
  16.        - Create/remove directories with INS/DEL key when viewing
  17.          directory listing in either window.
  18.        - Use INS key in LEFT window to designate a file name to be
  19.          inserted in the archive file name entry window.
  20.        - Use INS key in RIGHT window to designate a "hot archive".
  21.          This will bypass the prompt for an archive file name when
  22.          archiving files.
  23.        - Use "*" to force the use of "*.*" as a file mask in the
  24.          active window.
  25.        - F11 and F12 keys available on AT/PS2 extended keyboards if
  26.          running FANSI console or other driver that enables use of
  27.          these keys.
  28.        - Fixed DESQView aware problem.
  29.        - Added automatic unarchive system detection capability.
  30.        - Added ability to change the name of LIST.COM
  31.        - Added call-up of archive system menu with ESC key or Alt-F9
  32.          key combination.
  33.        - When changing directories, the F1 key may be used in lieu of
  34.          the ENTER key and will cause both the left and right windows
  35.          to display the directory under the cursor bar.
  36.        - Fixed bug in Alt-T display.
  37.        - Fixed bug in AutoUnArc logic.
  38.        - Fixed bug in deletion of tagged files inside a ZIP file.

  40. Version 4.2
  41.  
  42.        - Added calling of PKZIPFIX.EXE (must be in DOS path) by hitting
  43.          Ctrl-Z with cursor over a .ZIP file in the LEFT window.
  44.        - Added support for the EX compression switch in PKZIP.  Note that
  45.          the EX option will NOT work with PKZIP 0.90.
  46.        - Added support for the -O option (latest time/date) in PKZIP,
  47.          which will set the time date of the ZIP file to that of the
  48.          latest file in the ZIP file.
  49.        - Reworked the entire set of mouse handling routines.  The mouse
  50.          is now available during the entry of strings (file names, etc) in
  51.          addition to being active in the main display and all menus.
  52.        - Fixed a problem with the Alt-T (show tagged files only) when
  53.          viewing ARC/PAK/ZIP file contents.
  54.        - Removed a pause/beep used for debugging the conversion routine that
  55.          was stupidly left in by the programmer (whoever he is).
  56.        - Fixed a logic problem that sometimes caused archive systems that
  57.          were actually in the system and in the DOS PATH not to be
  58.          recognized.
  59.        - Added an item to the options menu for turning beeps/bells ON/OFF.

  63.        - Fixed a bug that caused the system to freeze (hang) if an attempt
  64.          was made to view the contents of a .ZIP/.ARC/.PAK file that was
  65.          marked READ-ONLY.
  66.        - Expanded the file list search routine beyond just entering the 1st
  67.          letter key.
