  1.  This program uses an optimization technique to solve the basic energy
  2.  balance equation for gas flow. No simplifying assumptions has been
  3.  made to permit solution of the equation. The energy term that has been
  4.  neglected by previous workers is included in this work because the 
  5.  numerical solution does not demand simplifying the original equation.
  6.  An example problem has been solve using data from the Ikoku book of
  7.  Natural gas engineering page 333 the data are in a file called 'INPUT'.
  8.  The result is in a file called  'RESULTS'.
  9.  It is easy to use the program. Just follow instruction. If you find the
