  44. The file DEMO.BAT is a small demonstration of some of Bar Tender's features.
  45. To run it, simply type DEMO [RETURN] at the DOS prompt.

  47. New Features
  48. ------------
  49.  
  50. Version 1.45 is the official release of the updates in 1.44 Beta. CP.EXE has
  51. had a slight facelift to accomodate the new laser-printer only features, and
  52. the documentation has been updated. Both CP.EXE and the various system .COM
  53. files have shrunk slightly (I keep optimizing.. perhaps to the death!). In
  54. fact, the only thing that has grown in the system is the documentation!
  55.  
  56. Version 1.44 Beta is the first release following the initial release, 1.41.
  57. The new features are vertical bar codes on laser printers, improved help
  58. and documentation, and slightly improved performance.

  60. A bug in the install program which prevented floppy users from installing
  61. from drive B: to drive A: has been corrected.
