  21.    Lingua Systems, Inc. hereby requests inclusion of the
  22.    following software package in the SDNet/Works! library
  23.    for the purpose of distributing the package to "hobby
  24.    sysops" and similar persons and organizations.

  32.    The package can be compressed into a single file which
  33.    should be named LINST.<ext>, where <ext> is appropriate
  34.    to the compression/archiving mechanism selected by
  35.    SDN.

  37.    Lingua Systems, Inc. agrees to release SDN and such 
  38.    entities which receive this software package from SDN
  39.    from liability resulting from the distribution of 
  40.    the package when such distribution is in accordance
  41.    with the rules and guidelines established by SDN and/or
  42.    the distribution method commonly known as "shareware".

  44.    Lingua Systems, Inc. retains all rights and ownership
  45.    of this software.  Possession of magnetic media containing
  46.    the software does not constitute a license to use or 
  47.    distribute the software except as provided by the rules
  48.    and nature of SDN and "shareware".

  50.    In exchange for inclusion in SDN's distribution library,
  51.    Lingua Systems, Inc. grants a single-copy license to SDN
  52.    or its principal for the personal use of the software, 
  53.    without the payment of the suggested registraion fee.
