  11. DESCRIPTION:  CIPHER is a word puzzle game in which you must try to
  12. discover the real meaning of a quotation or other phrase that has 
  13. been encrypted.  To get started either read the .doc file or just
  14. start up the game and view the help screens to learn how the game
  15. works.

  17. REQUIREMENTS:  CIPHER runs in 640x350, 16 color graphics mode for use
  18. with an EGA or VGA card.  It can also run in color or monochrome text
  19. mode, so almost any system will work.  All video modes support keyboard
  20. play; VGA and EGA modes also supports mouse play.
  21.  
  22. SHAREWARE:  CIPHER is distributed as Shareware.  You are free to try
  23. the game and make copies for others.  If you continue to use the
  24. game, however, you must pay the author a registration fee of $15; in
  25. return you'll receive a copy of the latest version of the program, a
  26. larger collection of puzzles and possibly other software to try out.
  27. A deluxe version with binder and printed manual is available for $20.
  28. Software distribution companies may include CIPHER in their catalog
  29. provided a copy of the catalog is supplied to the author.

  42. archive the program for distribution through BBS's, please use the name
  43. CIPHER12.ZIP (or .LZH, .PAK, etc. as appropriate).

  63. TILESETS:  Several collections of tile sets created by various
  64.            Mah Jongg fans are available.  Each collection includes
  65.            at least ten tile sets.  Requires Mah Jongg v3.3 or later.

  67. SUPERFLY:  An action game in which your house has been invaded by
  68.            a variety of bugs which you must swat while searching
  69.            for the "Super Fly".  Includes 20 different rounds, 3
  70.            skill levels.  Supports hi-res EGA and VGA.

  72. SHOOT:     Shooting Gallery is an exciting and colorful arcade game,
  73.            using full 256 color MCGA graphics (also works on VGA).
  74.            Requires a mouse to play.  New in January 1990.
  75.  
  76. MOUSTOOL:  A collection of utilities for Turbo Pascal programmers
  77.            wishing to incorporate mouse input in their programs.
  78.            Sample programs included for both EGA and CGA graphics.

  80. SOUNDPAS:  A collection of utilities for Turbo Pascal programmers
  81.            to add music and sound effects to their programs.  Includes
  82.            units for interrupt and real time sounds.

  84. BASSTOUR:  (Written by Dick Olsen).  Game that simulates a fishing
  85.            tournament, including rod and lure selection.  Runs in
  86.            EGA/CGA/MCGA/Hercules graphics modes.  Uses many of the
  87.            utilities from MOUSTOOL.
  88.  
  89. BASSMAP:   Companion program for BassTour which allows lakes to be
  90.            created or modified.  Supports EGA and CGA modes.
