  2. ****  HOW TO BEGIN EVALUATING THE SHAREWARE VERSION OF JOBS  ****

  4. There are two text files, besides this one, that explain about JOBS and
  5. and its use.  There are basically two ways to go about installing and
  6. using JOBS.  In either case be sure that you have the following files:
  7.  
  8. JERR-SW.HLP  JINST-SW.JM  JMAC-SW.JM   JOBS-SW.DOC  JOBS-SW.EXE
  9.  
  10. JOBS-SW.HLP  JOBS-SW.OV   JREAD-SW.ME  SAMPMENU.JM  SMENU.JMT

  13. *****  METHOD 1  (the easy way)
  14.  
  15. Copy ALL of the above files to a single directory on your hard disk.  Use
  16. the DOS CD command to log into that directory and from there enter the
  17. following command at the DOS prompt:

  19.      >JOBS-SW /N<Enter>
  20.  
  21.      Where > is the DOS prompt and <Enter> means to complete the line
  22.      with the Enter key.
  23.  
  24. JOBS' EASY install routine will take it from there and help you through
  25. the installation.  It will also allow you to view and optionally print
  26. the associated text files.

  29. *****  METHOD 2  (the not as easy way)

  31. Print and read the .DOC file.  Follow its instructions on installation.
