  11.         I've   enjoyed  our  conversations  concerning  Visa/MC  merchant 
  12.         accounts, and as a result have developed the following SYSOP only 
  13.         program:

  15.               1. Upon  approval of a SysOp's application,  the  following 
  16.                  fees would apply:
  17.                     A. $95 account set-up and activation fee
  18.                     B. $5 monthly statement fee
  19.                     C. $25 activity fee if volume is below $5000/month
  20.                     D. 5% discount rate on all transactions
  21.                     E. 75 cent charge per transaction to verify and
  22.                        type into our computer system
  23.  
  24.               2. The  SysOp would be allowed to submit ONE batch of paper 
  25.                  forms each month. The net proceeds would be available in 
  26.                  his  account at the bank within a week after receipt  of 
  27.                  his paper forms, which can probably utilize your format.

  29.               3. There  is a  non-refundable $150 application  fee/manual 
  30.                  kit.

  32.               4. The  SysOp  would have to register the name of his board 
  33.                  and provide us with a DBA certificate.  This is the name 
  34.                  under which the customer would be billed,  and the  name 
  35.                  of the bank account for the SysOp.

  37.         As  you graciously offered,  the message that we would want other 
  38.         SysOp's to  display  on their boards for  their  users  would  be 
  39.         something like:

  46.                    DO YOU NEED A VISA/MC MERCHANT ACCOUNT? If 
  47.                    you'd  like  to be able to accept  Visa/MC 
  48.                    from  your  customers,   and  are   having 
  49.                    trouble getting a merchant account because 
  50.                    you're  in mail order,  phone order,  home 
  51.                    based or new in business, here's a company 
  52.                    which specializes in merchant accounts for 
  53.                    people in your situation. Call Credit Flow 
  54.                    Corp. at 602-265-8040 Ext. 147.

  78.                    MERCHANT ACCOUNT?  There's a company which 
  79.                    has  a  special program  for  sysops  (low 
  80.                    cost!)  to  enable  you to  accept  credit
