  4.                SCREEN FONT REDISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT

  7. Adobe Systems agrees to allow you to redistribute the Adobe screen fonts,
  8. whether electronically (via network) or on disk, for screen display only.
  9. This letter of agreement confirms the terms and distribution rights. The
  10. following conditions apply:
  11.  
  12. 1.  You cannot change any aspect of the screen font file without our
  13.     written approval.
  14.  
  15. 2.  Adobe is not responsible to you or your customers for any technical
  16.     support with respect to your redistribution of these screen fonts.
  17.  
  18. 3.  Adobe disclaims any warranty or liability obligations to you with
  19.     respect to your redistribution.
  20.  
  21. 4.  Fees charged for redistribution of screen fonts can only cover handling
  22.     and shipping costs to a maximum of $12 per disk.
  23.  
  24. 5.  If you reference the screen font name in any document, you are required
  25.     to include the appropriate copyright and trademark information.
  26.  
  27. 6.  Adobe has the right to cancel this letter of agreement at any time
  28.     in the future.
  29.  
  30. If you agree with the above terms, please return a signed copy of this
  31. letter before you begin redistributing the Adobe screen fonts to:
