  3. An Internet outdial is a modem connected to the Internet than you can use
  4. to dial out. Normal outdials will only call local numbers. A GOD (Global
  5. OutDial) is capable of calling long distance. Outdials are an inexpensive
  6. method of calling long distance BBS's.

  16. ------------
  17. There are several lists of Internet outdials floating around the net these
  18. days. The following is a compilation of other lists, as well as v2.0 by
  19. DeadKat(CoTNo issue 2, article 4). Unlike other lists where the author
  20. just ripped other people and released it, we have sat down and tested
  21. each one of these. Some of them we have gotten "Connection Refused" or
  22. it timed out while trying to connect...these have been labeled dead.
