  22.     "It was almost two years since the fall of ViPer.
  23.     Violent Perfection was a dream given form.  Its
  24.     goal: to educate the people about the oncoming wars,
  25.     by creating a forum where Dreamers and Users could
  26.     work out their differences peacefully.  It's a port
  27.     of call, home in every home, for anarchists, users,
  28.     hackers, crackers and network phreaks.  Humans and
  29.     software, wrapped in networks and billions of
  30.     spinning electrons...  all alone in front of
  31.     monitors.  It can be a dangerous place, but it's
  32.     our last, best hope for escaping boredom.  This is
  33.     the story of the second generation of ViPer.  The
  34.     year is 1995.  The name of the forum is.........
  35.     VIOLENT PERFECTION."

  38.     But seriously, the group named ViPer lived only long
  39. enough to release 5 files, and most of those weren't
  40. very good. This is the second attempt for the group to
  41. rise, from the ashes of its initial failure.
  42.  
  43.     The staff of ViPer has shrunk in size (no thanks to
  44. the FBI) significantly.  BUT DO NOT DESPAIR!  We are
  45. looking for new Writers. However, you shouldn't expect
  46. too many files in the following 3-4 months.

  48.     The reason for our original creation, is the same as
  49. for this second generation. It is: to force people to
  50. question life as it is, and as it should be. To foresee
  51. future violent conflicts and political confrontations.
  52. And most important, to show users that there is life
  53. outside the computer...

  55.     WE are neither against any particular governments,
  56. nor any federal/state or local agancies. Our goal is to
  57. teach others and learn ourselves.
