  17.     addressed to the Legislative Reference Service, for the
  18.     translation of several German laws has been referred to
  19.     the Law Library for attention.

  21.     In compliance with your request and with reference to
  22.     several telephone conversations between Miss Frank of
  23.     your Office and Mr. Fred Karpf, European Law Division,
  24.     we are enclosing herewith a translation of the Law on
  25.     Weapons of March 18, 1938, prepared by Dr. William
  26.     Solyom-Fekete of that Division, as well as the Xerox
  27.     copy of the original German text which you supplied.

  29.     The translation of the decree implementing the Law on
  30.     Weapons of March 19, 1938, and the pertinent provisions
  31.     of the Federal Hunting Law of March 30, 1961, is in
  32.     preparation and will be sent to you as soon as
  33.     completed.

  42. This senator died recently, and a few facts to point out about him:
  43. 1. He attended the Neuremburg Warcrimes trials
  44. 2. He was a Democrat from Connecticut
  45.  
  46. Now, liberals want to paint people as nazi's for owning guns, and paint
  47. malitia groups as the american eqiv of the german brownshirts (the
  48. precursor to the gestapo). However the BATF (Brownshirts Are The Feds)
  49. are more in line with the goosesteppers (also remember nazis and
  50. communists do the goosestep)... How exactly did Hitler pass the weapons
  51. act for which the gun control act of 68 is a virtual word for word copy
  52. with very little difference. The Weapons act replaced the law on
  53. firearms and ammuition, which was passed in April 23, 1928 in germany
  54. during the (forgive the mispelling) Vinemar republic, the precursor to
  55. Hitlers rise to power. What was the reason for this law being passed in
  56. 1928? To combat gang violence.. (soung familiar) Between rival gangs,
  57. namingly the Communists and the Nazis. This was the precursor to Hitlers
  58. rise to power. Read your history books about how safe germany got. After 
  59. such laws where passed.

  63. In america today, liberals and liberalized republicans (ie: the ones who
  64. voted for HR666) want to grab guns from everyone to make streets safer
  65. for the Brownshirts called BATF agents (soon like the brownshirts of
  66. germany they will be iced by whom they serve to get in more gestapo like
  67. federal agency and to relieve the fears of the public of the BATF's
  68. menace). Even though the law came from nazi germany liberals stand stead
  69. fast on the premace that all gun owners are nut cases and psychopaths
  70. who want to kill everyone and anything. (ie. they want to criminalize
  71. what is really a non-criminal act while making what was once a criminal
  72. act, a non-criminal act, ala the vinemar republic) History is repeating
  73. itself.

  77. On Febuarary 22, 1943 an unreliable paid informat narced on the jews of
  78. the warsaw ghetto for possessing illegal firearms (remember the march
  79. 18, 1938 Weapons act? They broke that law) after an initial raid to help
  80. bolster the sagging popularitiy of the Gestapo and Nazi party the jews
  81. of the warsaw ghetto shot back in self defense from a gang of murderous
  82. jackbooted thugs (ie germany's BATF) On april 19, 1943, the warsaw
  83. ghetto was sacked and burned to the ground by the waffen-ss and SS. 11
  84. people deserving to die by nazis got their ticket out of life punched by a
  85. hail of bullets. (Isn't fun for jackbooted thugs to get shot back at, to
  86. jackbooted thugs they are spineless and love to shoot unarmed innocents,
  87. if they get shot back at, the yellow streak shows, big time) and
  88. numberous agents of the Gestopo/Waffen-SS and SS where injured. (Some of
  89. the nice accusations other than owning guns levied against the jews,
  90. of the warsaw ghetto was, they molested women and children, and the media
  91. of that day in germany pounded the jews of the ghetto unmercifully,
  92. implying whatever happened to them (the jews) they deserved..

  94. Febuarary 22, 1993 the BATF got a warrent to search the davidian
  95. compound for illegal guns (several people in the compound had licensed
  96. class 3 federal firearms) so-called illegal automatic weapons
  97. (as long as you didn't own a Class 3 FFL) where alleged at this compound.
  98. On febuarary 25, 1993 the BATF after losing the element of suprise
  99. decided to go for a dynamic entry (a reporter blew this and a simpathizer
  100. to the davidians tipped them off of the impending raid, just as
  101. sympathetic Poles had tipped the jews of the ghetto off 50 years eariler
  102. of the impending gestapo raid) after David Koresh yelled at what
  103. appears to be the government firing first "there are women and children
  104. in here!" the BATF and the Davidains had a fire fight. As in the warsaw
  105. ghetto 50 years earily there was casualties on both sides. The media
  106. discracefully desided to unmercifully pound the Davidians as psychos that
  107. deserved to die because they had killed angels called FBI/BATF agents and
  108. that they too, where molesting woman and children. After two reported
  109. tanks pounded the building on April 19, 1993, fires "mysteriously" broke
  110. out in three different places (obviously the Davidians did this, so said
  111. the media) after the monty python like Waco hearings recently it was
  112. found out three tanks pounded the building (three tanks, three places
  113. fire broke out, how "mysterious" is this fire) 87 innocent men, women and
  114. children died because of the Democrats sagging popularity and the
  115. BATF/FBI's sagging popularity, just like in nazi germany 50 years
  116. early...
