  21. Flow Control', the partial sentence:

  23.      Each of these numbers is interpreted as "the number
  24.      of 128ths of the current allocation" to be returned
  25.      if it is in the range zero to 128...

  27. should read:

  29.      ...if it is the range of zero to 127,...
