- Derived from: Original. The Jerusalem is derived from it.

- Suriv01 and Suriv02 appeared at about the same time, first
- discovered in Israel. They were shortly merged into one virus, (Suriv03)
- which evolved into the well-known Jerusalem virus. That virus was then
- used as a basis for the Fu Manchu virus.

- On April 1, if an infected program is run, it will display the
- message "APRIL 1ST HA HA HA YOU HAVE A VIRUS", then lock up the system.
- This virus contains the identifying text string "sURIV 1.01".
