  5. This file lists the currently-known cheat codes/hacks for Witchaven
  6. 1.0, the commerical release.  Please note the the commerical release
  7. behaves differently than the demo release did.  If someone's asking
  8. what the codes are, have the kindness to tell the the one(s) they're
  9. really after.
  10.  
  11. DEMO CHEAT:
  12.  
  13. If you're playing the DEMO version, type RSVP.  This will give you
  14. health, spells, weapons, and experience points up to 7th level--at
  15. least, all of those items released with the demo.
  16.  
  17. COMMERICAL RELEASE CHEATS:
  18.  
  19. WH.EXE mentions six codes, including RSVP.  Unfortunately, there's
  20. a different process needed to invoke the code, so to speak.  To
  21. invoke a cheat, press <Backspace>, type the code you want to (ahem)
  22. "cast", and then hit <Enter>.
  23.  
  24. Here's are the helpful codes and what they do:
  25.  
  26.    MOMMY ----- Gives you nine of each potion.
  27.    SCOOTER --- Gives you all weapons.
  28.    WANGO ----- Gives you 10 scrolls of each spell, 200 hit points,
  29.                200 armor, and enough experience points to reach
  30.                seventh level.  (Note: this will also take you down
  31.                to seventh level if you're higher than that when you
  32.                type the code.)

  34. The other three are for players of "other" 3D action games and--as
  35. with some of the other games--they have adverse affects in this one.

  38.    IDKFA ----- Kills you. // For you Doom addicts
  39.    RAMBO ----- Kills you. // Heretics beware
  40.    RSVP ------ Kills you. // Thought you were supposed to learn
  41.                              something from demos? Guess again, bunky!
