  15. This is High Trajectory bringin you my first 9x text.  These boxes are the
  16. greatest.  Greetz go out to PBXPhreak, V3ynz, Substance, Leper Mesiah, and
  17. the 503 guys.

  19. [Disclaimer]
  20. I, the author, have never used or abused these systems.  I am merely passing
  21. along some info that some people might find useful.  The author cannot be
  22. held responsible for anything that one does with this information.

  24. [Introduction]
  25. This txt will give you all the information needed to use OneConnect vmbs.
  26. They are the best and most useful vmbs that i've come across.  Some of their
  27. features include: dialing out to anywhere in the US or Canada, 800# loop,
  28. and a standard vmb.
  29.  
  30. [Identification]
  31. A typical OneConnect box will usually be an 800#.  When you call it, it may
  32. or may not ring and then make a soft "click" sound (usually, but if it
  33. doesn't, then it'll go straight to the greeting).  A greeting will usually
  34. follow the click.  If you reach a virgin box, there will be a click, and then
  35. a voice will come on and guide you through some steps.  These include
  36. recording your greeting, name, and away message.

  38. [The System]
  39. When you dial into a OneConnect vmb, at the sound of the click or greeting,
  40. press *.  Thenyou will press the passcode (default: 1234) followed by #. Now
  41. you're in.
  42. Here are your options from this point:
  43.  1 - Listen to you're voice messages
  44.      1 - Save message
  45.      2 - Delete message
  46.      3 - Replay message
  47.  2 - Retrieve your fax messages
  48.      1 - Save fax message
  49.      2 - Delete fax message
  50.      3 - Replay fax description
  51.      4 - Print fax message
  52.  3 - Modify personal options or reach a message operator
  53.      1 - Change paging from messages recieved
  54.          1 - To be paged for all messages
  55.          2 - To be paged for all urgent messages only
  56.          3 - To cancel all paging
  57.      3 - Change recordings
  58.          1 - Change name recording
  59.          2 - Change unavailable recording
  60.          3 - Change personal greeting
  61.          * - Previous menu
  62.      4 - Change telephone numbers
  63.          1 - Fax number
  64.          2 - Follow me number
  65.          3 - Personal operator number
  66.          * - Reach previous menu
  67.      0 - Reach a messaging operator
  68.      * -Previous menu
  69.  4 - Contact another subscriber
  70.      ? - Enter party's telephone #
  71.      0 - Reach an operator for help
  72.  5 - Change availablility
  73.      1 - Mark yourself available (default; This is how the 
  74.          box becomes an 800# loop.  When this option is activated, 
  75.          and you are in your box listening to messages or whatever, 
  76.          a caller that is going to leave you a message can leave 
  77.          his/her name and it will page you.  You can then press 1 
  78.          to activate a connection between the two of you.)
  79.      2 - Mark yourself unavailable (people can't page you)
  80.  9 - Place a call
  81.      ACN - Call out to anyone in the U.S. or Canada
  82.  0 - Reach an operator
