- FREE-SPACE COMMUNICATIONS ALWAYS PLACE A SHIELD OVER THE DETECTOR IF SUNLIGHT
- OR BRIGHT ARTIFICIAL LIGHT IS PRESENT. AN INFRARED FILTER SHOULD BE USED
- FOR BEST RESULTS (DEVELOPED COLOR FILM WORKS WELL) UNLESS THE TRANSMITER
- LED EMITS VISIBLE LIGHT.
