  7.  Firstly I must qualify my statements by indicating that I am
  8. not a lawyer.  However, my interpretation of the following is
  9. based on informed opinion & scrutiny of the facts.  It is
  10. recommended that if you have serious doubt you contact a legal
  11. professional.

  13.  *A note to Moderators.*  Some of you may feel that this post
  14. is not germane to your conference.  If this is the case I ask
  15. your indulgence due to the importance to this issue.  So many
  16. of the people in your conferences are indeed concerned about
  17. how they may better express themselves & disseminate important
  18. information they come across.  This is meant to equip us all
  19. to better communicate & contribute to the conferences we
  20. participate in.  Thanks for your indulgence & I hope this
  21. will be of value to you & the participants of each conference.

  31. Act to ammend the Copyright Act (of Canada), that posting
  32. copyrighted articles to newsgroups, conferences, echos or
  33. other public electronic communications media, is legal
  34. provided the posting meets with the stipulations of
  35. Bill C-32 as follows;
