[White]Adding a Keyword[Cyan]
To add a keyword, simply type in the keyword or phase and hit enter.
The keyword or phase will be added to your personal list.
Note: keywords or phases beginning with a minus character "-" are
considered filters (messages skipped based on keywords).
If you want keywords to be search in the body of the message,
turn on the option under MAIL OPTIONS "Search Message Body".

[White]Adding a Filter[Cyan]
Filters are keywords which SKIPS messages. In other words, if
a message contains the keywords you are searching for, the message
will be "FILTERS" and excluded from your mail packet. This is
an excellent method to avoid certain type of messages.
To add a filter, simply type in the keyword or phase PREFIXING it
with a MINUS sign. For example; A filter -[white]COLORED WATER[cyan] will
will exclude messages having this phrase [white]COLORED WATER.[cyan]
If you want filters to be search in the body of the message, turn on
the option under MAIL OPTIONS "Search Message Body".

[White]Deleting Keywords[Cyan]
This command will allow you to remove keywords and filters from your
personal list of keywords.
Example:

D 11,12,30
D 1-4,5,6,30-50

This command will re-display the list of keywords You should
redisplay the list after you removed keywords.

[White]Skip Vacation Saver[Cyan]
When you skip the vacation saver, Xpress will not send you the
vacation packets stored in your mailbox. Unless you delete the
vacation packets or download them, Xpress will continue to ask you if
you want to download them.
If you were attempting to SCAN an PACK mail, and you skip the
vacation saver session, Xpress will continue with the mail scanning
process.
