  4.   This is the first release of QwkMan, the intelligent QWK packet manager.

  6.   This is officially a beta release of the program, although I have found
  7.   it to be pretty much bug free ( read history.txt for details on known
  8.   bugs.) If you happen across a bug that is not in HISTORY.TXT, please
  9.   drop me a message:

  15. Why QwkMan?
  16. -----------
  17.   QwkMan was designed out of the desire for an easy to use QWK packet
  18.   manager which was completely configurable from day 1.
  19.  
  20. How do I start?
  21. ---------------
  22.   Easy. Just type "QWKMAN" at the dos prompt, and follow the online
  23.   help instructions. This version does not come with documentation,
  24.   but QwkMan has a complete online help system. Just hit F1 anytime
  25.   you feel lost or need help. Registered users will recieve a user's
  26.   guide when it becomes available.

  33.   HISTORY.TXT  - Modification history and known bugs

  35.   DESC.SDI     - Use this description if you upload QwkMan to other BBS's

  39.   ...because I trust that if you use this program you will feel 
  40.   compelled to help support me so I can improve it for you.

  42.   I am asking $15 for this program, if you use it for more than 30 days.
  43.   Please send a check if you like the program, as it took me over 200
  44.   hours to write and debug so far, and I'm planning on continuing this 
  45.   effort. Send an additional $5 if you want me to send you the latest
  46.   and greatest copy of the program.

  48.   I'm thinking of adding a mail reader to the program, making it a
  49.   complete QWK database reader. If I get enough response I will take
  50.   on this enourmous project. So if you have any suggestions, let me know.
