  3. new local/echomail messages and read them the cheaper way, after logout,
  4. provided that you use a QWK off-line reader (eg. SLMR, WINQWK, OFFLINE).
  5. The off-line reader will allow you both to read and to enter messages in
  6. the selected/available areas (if you have R/W access).
