  6. The MainMail Help System provides detailed description of each menu
  7. item.  To receive help, choose [H]elp, and then enter the menu item
  8. you wish help with.
  9.  
  10. Valid menu items are:
  11.  
  12.  B - Bulletins, Toggle Bulletin Scan ON/OFF.
  13.  C - Compression, Select a Compression Method.
  14.  D - Download a QWK Packet (Initiate Message Extraction)
  15. DG - Download, [G]oodbye When Done. (see 'G' below)
  16. DQ - Download, [Q]uit When Done. (see 'Q' below)
  17.  F - Files, Toggle New Files Scan ON/OFF.
  18.  G - Goodbye, Exits The MainMail System and Logs You Off.
  19.  H - Help, Offers Help On All Menu Options.
  20.  I - Initial News/NewUser, Allows You To View NEWS and NEWUSER Screens.
  21.  M - Mode, Toggles Color Mode ON/OFF.
  22.  O - Options, Selects Misc MainMail Options.
  23.  Q - Quit, Exits The MainMail System and Returns to GAP.
  24.  R - Reset, Resets Last Message Read Pointers Back By xxx Messages.
  25.  S - Select, Selects Forums To Include In Your QWK Packet.
  26. SY - Select Yours, Only Includes Your Currently Selected Forums.
  27.  T - Transfer Protocols, Select a Default File Transfer Protocol.
  28.  U - Upload a REP(ly) Packet and Insert Replys Into The BBS.
  29. UG - Upload, [G]oodbye/Logoff When Done.
  30. UQ - Upload, [Q]uit To GAP When Done.
  31.  V - View, View Your Stats.
  32.  X - eXpert Mode, Toggle Main Menu ON/OFF. (eXpert = No Menu)
