  138.        for a path to the REP and QWK packets to assist in easy local
  139.        uploads and downloads.

  147.        On the first line of each protocol definition is a letter followed
  148.        by three numbers ("0" or "1").  Previously there were 2 numbers. You
  149.        MUST add the 3rd number to your file now.  If the protocol is a
  150.        bi-directional protocol the number MUST be a "1" else it MUST be a "0".

  166.         number here?  You may make notes or add anything you wish after the
  167.         last prootcol entry in the file.

  169. Line 2: "Z" is the key letter for this protocol (Zmodem)
  170.      1st "1"  - Use a 1 if the protocol can resume an aborted upload.
  171.      2nd "1"  - Enter a 1 if the protocol supports batch transfers (or a "0")
  172. ** NEW **  "0"  - Enter a 0 if the protocol doesn't support bi-directional
  173.                   transfers.  Enter a 1 if it DOES support this type of
  174.                   transfer.
