  8.    When registering The Blue Wave Offline Mail System in either the
  9.    United Kingdom or Europe, please use this registration form.

  11.    money or postal order.  If paid by personal cheque (UK Bank account)
  12.    or by a GiroCheque, please allow at least 14 days for cheque to clear

  36.  0737-779736.  Ring between 19:00 and 22:00 weekdays, and between 10:00
  37.  and 16:00 weekends.  Please only ring this number if you wish to place

  39.  echo, send a netmail to 2:440/63 or call the BBS (+44-737-778607).
