  19. Pascal-Net uses zone 115 for the distribution of files. When Pascal-Net
  20. started back in 1993, there was no other network known which used this
  21. number. The NOZ and the AllZones listings were confered for this purpose.
  22. Pascal-Net shall therefor not change this zonenumber, for whatever reason.
  23. Pascal-Net is too Pascal.fnt until 1. of January 2003 where it change to
  24. Pascal-Net = PascalNet.fnt. from 2th February 2003 has Pascal-Net too change
  25. from Pascalnet.fnt to PascalNt. From 1. of May 2003 has Pascal-Net got its
  26. own domain as pascalnet.org and where pascal-nodes can getting a pascal account
  27. to write to cheif here, is there 4 ways to do it this is to ic, zc, ic-pascal
  28. or zc-pascal@pascalnet.org

  57. The nodelist is created every Friday. Before Friday morning, the nodelist
  58. compiler at 115:115/115 needs to have all the neccesary data. This must be
  59. done from the bottum up. Even though no changes may have arrissen, hubs
  60. need to inform the regional hosts of all members of the net below him/her.
  61. The Regional host has to do the same towards the national host. The national
  62. host then informs 115:115/115.

  64. There is no Pascal-Net point list arround. Also a DIFF file will not be
  65. distributed until the net has grown big enough for it.
  66.  
  67. Every Pascal-Net member must have a point/nodenumber. However, BBS-users
  68. are also free to read the Pascal-Net message area, and download the Pascal-
  69. Net files. Also QWK users and other non-Fido based networks may use
  70. Pascal-Net (like Internet), as long as ANY user may be contacted directly
  71. via the gateway supplier. This means that any user must have an unique name
  72. or node/point number, so they can be reached when needed. A gateway supplier
  73. is also responsible for all the messages going via his/her system.
