  3. Before using MakeNL 3.x.x, be sure to read the WHATSNEW or 
  4. WHATSNEW.TXT files, as well as the HISTORY.TXT file. Although 
  5. MakeNL 3.x.x generally works as a drop-in replacement for 
  6. MakeNL 2.x, there are important changes in the handling of 
  7. archiving for the program. Some new keywords have been added, 
  8. and others do not work the same as documented in MakeNL 2.x.
