  1. The MainMail System Version 3

  3. Color [M]ode
  4. ---------------------------------------------------------------------

  6. This selection toggles the COLOR mode on or off.
  7.  
  8. When you opened the MainMail door, the BBS informed MainMail whether
  9. or not you were currently in Color mode.  MainMail selected the same
  10. mode for consistency.
  11.  
  12. When ON, MainMail displays the color version of all screens.
  13.  
  14. When OFF, MainMail displays the monochrome version of all screens.
  15.  
  16. NOTE: ANSI is required at all times for The MainMail to function
  17.       correctly, even if Color is OFF.    The MainMail System uses ANSI
  18.       codes for screen positioning and other monochrome attributes
  19.       such as BLINK and HIGH/LOW INTENSITY.
  20.  
  21.       Disabling Color mode __ONLY__ disables the COLOR ANSI codes, but
  22.       does not disable the monochrome ANSI codes described above.  If
  23.       your com program does not support the ANSI terminal emulation,
  24.       The MainMail System's screens will be garbled.
