  57.      At http://www.fidonet.m.nu/echomail there is a new system for reading
  58.      and writing Fidonet echomail, entirely programmed in php.
  59.  
  60.      At the moment there are 28 message areas but this will grow in the
  61.      coming days. Most of the active Swedish areas are represented (all
  62.      three of them!).
  63.  
  64.      Generally to read messages you just tap Enter for each message, or
  65.      enter a message number, the site is pretty selfexplanatory once you
  66.      have selected language, Swedish or English.
  67.  
  68.      Anyone can read messages in most areas without logging in, and also
  69.      write messages in a local area TEST.444
  70.  
  71.      To write messages in other echomail areas one need to log in, if so
  72.      contact me and I will set up a user for you.
  73.  
  74.      If you want to read messages in the LINUX echo you can enter this in
  75.      your favorite web browser:

  457.                             How to Submit an Article
  458.  
  459.      If you wish to submit an article for inclusion in the Fidonews, here
  460.      are some guidelines, if you send it as an attached file; the preferred
  461.      method if you want reasonable control over how the published article
  462.      will appear in the Fidonews:
  463.  
  464.      a) Plain ASCII text. If you could type it on your keyboard, it's
  465.         probably quite OK. No line may be longer than 70 characters.
  466.  
  467.      b) Put a title to the article. Put the title in two times. The first
  468.         time, on the first line, with an * before it. The second time, on
  469.         the second line, without the * and centered. This will help in the
  470.         format since the title with the * is removed and used in the index,
  471.         the second line will become the headline. On the third line, put
  472.         your name and FidoNet address, present or former. If former, you
  473.         may want to add some other address where you can be reached for
  474.         personal comments.
  475.  
  476.      c) Deadline for article submission is Sunday, 12:00 UTC.
  477.  
  478.      Help the Editor by following the above guides. Below are some subjects
  479.      and the file extension for the article as set in the configuration
  480.      file for the making of the Fidonews. Please help by putting the file
  481.      extension of the correct subject on the file name if known..
