  6.           send it to the address shown below. Please send it by netmail if
  7.           possible.

  25.           email or postal mail if you are not in FidoNet) as soon as possible
  26.           after the registration form and fee are received.   Keys registered
  27.           by persons in countries without a registration site will have to
  28.           poll for their keys.  Please allow some time for processing.
